When the warranty period is over, we will also provide you with free after-sales service consultation to help you solve the problem ASAP. Please read the following warranty terms for more info.
A. Warranty Claim Process:
1. In order to apply for warranty, you need to provide visual (picture and video) evidence of defects together with relevant text information to your sales consultant or send to our email info@kxelectric.com. We will reply you within 24 hours.
2. If the customer service team checked that there is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will send you a new replacement part.
3. Replacement parts are only provided once during the warranty period.
B. Warranty liability Content:
Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period. If defects are not reported within this period, the component will not be covered under warranty. But you can still buy replacement parts.
The warranty period starts from the date the customer receives the scooter and ends when it expires.
Please note that warranty eligibility is not transferable and is reserved only to the original purchaser (recipient of the order). The warranty expires when you resell or transfer the scooter to someone else.
If you purchased your scooter from a dealer or retailer, please contact the dealer or retailer for warranty service.

D. Repairs And Maintenance Not Covered ByThe Warranty:
1. Electric scooter damage caused by collision.
2. Damage to the electric scooter caused by improper riding, overloading or placing in an unsafe environment
3. Battery damage caused by flooding, heavy rain, etc.
4. Dormant battery damage caused by lack or care and maintenance when not riding.
5. Damage to the electric scooter caused by unauthorized modification of the vehicle or unauthorized modification of the internal circuit of the electric scooter.
E. Commitment for after-sales freight:
1. If there is a quality Issue within 7 days after receiving the goods, the seller bears all shipping costs and ships new parts to you for free.
2. If there is a quality Issue within 60 days after receiving the goods, the buyer and the seller each bear half of the shipping cost for sending out new accessories
3. If there is a quality Issue more than 60 days after receiving the goods, the buyer will bear the freight for sending out new accessories.
