In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return any bikes to our warehouse without contacting us for approval.
step 1. Email us at info@kxelectric.com within 15 days of product delivery with your order number and delivery date.
Step 2. Take video/photos of all packaging and items.
Step 3. Once we accept your return request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Step 4. Once the item is received, we will inspect the item and process the refund. It may take another 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue a refund upon delivery. You will be notified when the refund has been issued.
NOTE: Please contact us at info@kxelectric.com and obtain our written approval before returning an item. Any products returned without acceptance will not be refunded.
